We at Crystal's Drawers want all our members and gift recipients completely satisfied. Our site and services are as unique as our members and the recipients they are purchasing for. With this in mind, we will try our best to make everyone¹s shopping experience one they won't forget and will want to tell their friends about. Please be aware that all Crystal's Drawers merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Crystal's Drawers, and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website.

Crystal's Drawers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 10 days from receipt of your shipment.  We will not accept returns or exchanges on all sale items, items marked final sale and special orders, no exceptions!   Simply email our customer service department at returns@crystalsdrawers.com or call us at (312) 943-2481 to obtain a return authorization number. In order to issue your return authorization number, we will need the following information:

  • Your contact information (email and/or fax)
  • The item number & description of the merchandise being returned.
  • The original order number.
Your return authorization number will be issued via email (voicemail or fax if necessary).

All items must be unworn and returned in the same condition as it was sent, including the tags in place. We will not accept returns on sales or discounted merchandise, gift certificates, special orders or personal shopping and other service fees. Once we have approved your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

How should I ship my return?
You may ship your return as soon as you have received your return authorization number (see above). For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

What if the merchandise I ordered arrived damaged during shipping?
In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item, if possible, and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your damaged package. Make sure to obtain your return authorization number by calling (312) 943-2481 or email us at returns@crystalsdrawers.com. We will not be able to process any return/replacements without this number.

How are refunds processed?
Full refunds, excluding original shipping & service fees, will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund process has been completed.
