FAQ’s for Crystal’s Drawers  

Do you have to be a member to shop Crystal’s Drawer’s? 

No.  Anyone can browse through the many unique items in the drawers and even email suggestions of gift ideas to friends.  Once a purchase is made, the purchaser will automatically be signed up for the Bottom Drawer Reminder Service which Crystal’s Drawers offers complimentary to everyone.  To avoid this complimentary reminder service a purchaser must Opt out when asked at the end of their purchasing session.

 

Can anyone join Crystal’s Drawers Reminder Service without any hidden fees?                                                    Yes.  Crystal’s Drawers currently offers two membership levels for its Reminder Service.  The “Bottom Drawer” level is absolutely free and reminds members of 6 major gift holidays, including the annual year end holiday season.  A member may “Upgrade” their free Bottom Drawer membership at any time to the Top Drawer membership level annual fee listed on the website at that time.  The Top Drawer member receives the 6 major gift holidays, plus15 personal custom reminder dates, plus a 5% discount on purchases of merchandise exceeding $50.00 (not applicable for Reminder Service or other such fees).  The upgraded Members annual renewal date will begin from the upgrade date.  The annual membership fees are non-refundable, and automatically renewed and charged each anniversary of your sign up date, unless a member “OPTs” out, at anytime, to have their name removed from the reminder lists. 

 

How much lead time does Crystal’s Drawers require between the date I signup for the reminder service and the receipt of my first e-mail reminder?                                               Crystal’s Drawers requires a 2 week period between the date you sign up for membership and when our system is set to send your first reminder e-mail.  Our normal reminder service is sent out 30 & 14 days before each gift holiday and custom personal reminder date.

 

Are my personal dates shared with any outside services?  No.  All members’ personal information & dates are stored in a secured environment.  These personal dates are used solely to remind our members of their upcoming important dates and for no other purpose.  Members will also receive periodic newsletters from Crystal advising of the latest fashion trends, hot new finds, special deals Crystal is offering, and other such information.  We value your privacy and take all reasonable precautions to utilize the latest technology in an effort to protect it.

How do I place an order on-line?  

Browse through our unique & luxury products by clicking on the catagorie links such as “For Her", “For Him”, and “For Everyone” to see what Crystal has for you in the Drawers. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the image or the underlined description. This will pull up the enlarged close-up, product detail and price of the item. Click on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to add this item to your shopping bag. Click on the "View Shopping Bag" button any time to review your entire order.  When ready, proceed through check-out as directed.

How long will it take for delivery of my purchased items?

Your order will be filled as promptly as possible.  Please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for most orders.  Expedited overnight service and local Chicago area personalized messenger and delivery service is available for an extra charge. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays.  Crystal’s Drawers is service driven, if you don’t see it on the website, e-mail Crystal@crystalsdrawers.com or call Crystal at (312) 943-2481 for special handling and associated fees.

 

What are my shipping options?   

All Crystal’s Drawers orders are shipped DHL Ground or other such carrier, which usually takes 5 - 10 business days.  Overnight and 2nd Day options are available for a fee based on the amount of the purchase and must be specified in the shipping options at check out.  We also use a local Messenger Service in the Chicagoland area for personal same day deliveries if available and timely arranged.  To avail yourself of this service and the associated fees, you must contact Crystal by calling (312) 943-2481 or e-mail Crystal@Crystalsdrawers.com.  There are no guarantees that this time sensitive service is always available and it will depend on when you call or e-mail and how quickly Crystal is able to respond and arrange this service.  At this time, we are unable to ship to any International addresses, PO Boxes, APO, or US territories.

 

How do I calculate shipping?  

All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping bag according to price range except for a Messenger Service or other such special services for which case you will have to speak directly with someone from Crystal’s Drawers via email info@crystalsdrawers.com or calling (312) 943-2481.

 

How can I check the status of my order? 

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your order immediately, you can call us at  (312) 943-2481 between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST Monday –Friday and someone will return your call, or email Crystal@crystalsdrawers.com.

 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Crystal's Drawers Gift Certifcates and Money Orders/Cash (for off-line transactions only).

 

What tax rate are you charging?  

If you live in, or ship your order to Illinois, we are required to charge you State and Local sales tax on your purchase.  Purchases from out of the State of Illinois and shipped to a location out of State will not be charged this tax, however the buyer is ultimately responsible if any State requires a use or sales tax be paid.

 

How will I know that my order was accepted? 

Once the order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.  You must keep this for your records.

 

Do you have purchase limits?

Our goal is to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to purchase the high quality products we offer. To this end, Crystal’s Drawers limits the purchase of selected merchandise to prevent bulk buying and the unauthorized resale of our products.

You will receive an email if you exceed these limits on a particular product. Thank you for your understanding.
